PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application "Chameleon Prop Hide & Seek" (the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Mecca (the "Developer").
1. Information Collection and Use
The Developer does not actively collect, store, or process personally identifiable information (PII) from users. However, the Application utilizes integrated third-party services and SDKs (Software Development Kits) that may collect and process data to facilitate gameplay, analytics, and advertising.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The Application uses third-party services that may declare their own Privacy Policies. These services may use advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) to serve personalized ads and analyze user behavior. The third-party providers used by the Application may include, but are not limited to:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob (Google Ads)
- Google Analytics
- Google Crash Analytics
- Meta Audience Network (Facebook Ads)
- Unity Ads
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third parties in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
3. Log Data and Analytics
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in the case of an error or crash, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics to help us improve the Application.
4. GDPR Data Protection Rights (For European Users)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. If you wish to be informed what Personal Data our third-party services hold about you and if you want it to be removed, please review the privacy policies of the aforementioned advertising networks.
5. CCPA Privacy Rights (For California Residents)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected. Furthermore, users have the right to request the deletion of personal data. As the Developer does not directly store such data, such requests must be directed to the third-party ad networks used in the Application.
6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
The Application is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information to our third-party services, we encourage parents or legal guardians to contact those services directly to request the deletion of such data.
PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You are required to read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.
1. License to Use
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Developer or its affiliates, partners, or suppliers.
- Utilize third-party software, hacks, mods, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage in the Application.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Total User Responsibility
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION.
ALL RESPONSIBILITY LIES SOLELY WITH THE USER. You agree that your use of the Application is entirely at your own risk. The Developer assumes absolutely no liability or responsibility for any hardware damage, device overheating, software corruption, data loss, bugs, errors, mental/physical stress, or any other issues or damages that arise from downloading, installing, playing, or using the Application.
4. Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Developer and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Application (if any). In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
By launching this Application, you explicitly agree to hold the Developer, Mecca, completely harmless and free from any and all legal or financial liabilities.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, 3D models, textures, code, audio, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Developer. You shall not use any of the Developer’s intellectual property for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
6. Internet Connectivity & Third-Party Charges
The Application requires an active internet connection for certain functions, including but not limited to serving advertisements and validating data. The Developer cannot take responsibility for the Application not working at full functionality if you do not have access to a network connection. Furthermore, you assume full responsibility for any charges from your mobile network provider, including data roaming charges.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
8. Changes to This Policy and Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. You are advised to review this document periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
